AT CORTINA D’AMPEZZO SKI AND MOUNTAIN BIKE IN TOFANA

At Cortina d’Ampezzo during the Christmas holidays you can ski or try the adrenaline of downhill! This is quite an unusual sports combination, but it is definitely a very interesting option for tourists spending this crazy winter in the most famous destination in the Dolomites.
The idea comes from the Tofana – Freccia nel Cielo resort, where two funicular lifts and two chairlifts have been serving perfectly snowy slopes for several weeks now. On Saturday, December 26th, the Bike Park will reopen as well, with two tracks of varying lengths and challenges. Both are accessible by bike, hitching a ride on the funicular up to Col Drusciè.
The ristorante Col Drusciè (1778 m) also remains open, as does Capanna Ra Valles (2475 m) with the highest Pizzeria in Europe, and the Après Ski Bar Freccia located at the bottom of the funicular lift.
