USEFUL INFORMATION
Our lifts are equipped to transport guests with disabilities; however, not all facilities and mountain huts within the resort area are fully accessible. For this reason, we always recommend checking the accessibility details of each station in advance.
More specifically:
- Col Druscié and Masi Wine Bar: accessible via elevator;
- Ra Valles: currently not accessible;
- Cima Tofana: the panoramic terrace can be reached, but the bar/mountain hut and related services are not accessible.
Guests with disabilities and one accompanying person are entitled to a 20% discount on the regular cable car ticket.

The use of the cable car, which involves rapid changes in altitude, oxygen levels, and temperature, is not recommended for women in the last trimester of pregnancy. In general, pregnant women are advised not to exceed 800 meters in altitude, unless otherwise recommended by their doctor and depending on their personal familiarity with high-altitude environments.
Guests are advised to use common sense and always follow the recommendations of their doctor.
Guests with heart conditions and/or blood pressure issues are strongly advised not to take the cable car up to Ra Valles (2,470 m) or Cima Tofana (3,244 m).
In these cases, stopping at Col Druscié (1,778 m) is generally recommended, as the altitude is usually more manageable. Every situation is different, so guests should carefully assess their physical condition and consult their doctor before visiting high-altitude areas.
Yes, dogs are allowed on the lifts free of charge.
Dogs must be kept on a leash, and a muzzle is required on the cable car sections, where there may be other passengers in enclosed spaces.
Owners are fully responsible for the behavior of their pets.
Common sense should always be used when visiting the mountains. Guests are advised to wear clothing suitable for high-altitude environments and changing seasonal conditions.
Even during summer, temperatures above 2,000 meters can be quite low, and weather conditions may change rapidly.
For visitors and hikers, we always recommend:
mountain boots or trekking shoes;
a windproof jacket or warm/waterproof clothing.
